Didn't get a manual with my 96 Sprint.
Anybody know how many miles you can go on the reserve tank?

Also, How many miles does your Sprint go before having to use the reserve?

Thanks,
Mike N

Unfortunately I think you are the only one on here with a Triumph Sprint. Your best bet would be to buy a 5L plastic petrol can from Halfords and bungee it to the pillion seat. Then ride (with the full can) until your reserve runs out.

I know this sounds really lame, but the '96 sprint is a pretty rare bike and I don't *think* you'll find anyone else on here that will know. If its any help my Daytona 955i does just about 40 miles on reserve. Smile

Hi

Not sure, but the 1996 Sprint would be one of the modular bikes so the tank size would be about the same as almost any early 1990s Triumph, changing with the Tiger then the T595.

All the best

Keith
